The service

WaterworksIQ is a subscription service that aggregates publicly available municipal water and wastewater capital project records (State Revolving Fund program documents from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota, and related public announcements) into a searchable brief and pipeline view. We report on public filings; a listing on a state priority or funding list is a funded intention, not a guarantee of construction, bidding, or outcome — see the "what we don't claim" note on the pricing page.

Accounts & subscriptions

Free accounts require an email and password. Pro is a month-to-month subscription billed through Stripe; there is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal — access continues through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Data we collect

Your email and a hashed password. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Transactional email (verification, password reset, digests) is sent through Resend. We don't sell your data to third parties.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Public source documents can contain errors or be revised after we snapshot them; verify anything decision-critical against the original state filing before acting on it.
